Situated within five adjoining workers cottages in the picturesque village of Glamis the Gallery is an exciting art space that was established in 2019. We can be found in the heart of the village near the shop/cafe or signposted as you exit from the castle driveway.

We have expanded from initially two exhibition areas and a large working studio to spilling beyond, creating a further 4 studios with available artwork or work in progress in addition to the gallery.

This deceptively large, bright characterful building showcases work by selected Scottish based artists and makers. A wide variety of original art and craft is always available to suit all budgets - paintings, printmaking, sculpture, metalwork, ceramics, textiles, jewellery, candles and glass.

Run by 2 of the artists, it is an ever evolving space which is welcoming to all, including the 4 legged visitor. Landscape painter Jonathan Mitchell is most often found working from the first of the five artists studios and can deal with purchases and questions however we will all assist at busy times.

Workshops and classes will make use of the remaining cottage when interior works are completed, alongside feature exhibitions in 2023/2024. The space is run as a whole venture including the individual studios. Purchases are all made in the foyer but there is NO entry fee to come in for a look (a question we often get asked)!

Much as we would love to have all work on the website we simply don't have enough hours in the day! Everything in the gallery is unique and can often sell before new images are taken. We do therefore recommend a visit in person or to follow us on social media for most recent news and latest arrivals.
